Position: Hotel Assistant Manager / Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during assigned shifts.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Support the Front Office team during peak check-in/check-out periods.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, security, and service standards.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager, or AFOM in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, especially Front Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• A calm, professional, and authoritative demeanor.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
