Position: FO Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Front Desk team, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service operations.
• Train and mentor Front Desk Agents, upholding the hotel’s service standards.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage room assignments, billing, and cash handling procedures during the shift.
• Act as a leader on the floor, supporting the team and engaging with guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Team Leader) in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate, talented, and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service.
• Fluent in English.
• A dynamic team player with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a boutique hotel environment.
