Position: Reception

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the hotel and manage all check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and Bandung, and process payments.
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
• Provide personalized and professional service to all guests.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) with accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Passionate about guest service and creating a positive first impression.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Talented individual with a positive attitude.
