Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including restaurant and banquet culinary.
• Supervise the culinary team, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Involved in menu development, food costing, and inventory management for the hotel’s vibrant dining.
• Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with a creative and passionate approach to food.
• Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management abilities.
• Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Talented individual with a commitment to quality.
• Formal culinary arts degree or equivalent.
