Position: Restaurant Manager (25173509)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Monitor and manage budgets, control costs (food, beverage, labor), and optimize profitability.
- Uphold Marriott’s high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and managing high-volume operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
