Position: Restaurant Manager (25173509)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
• Monitor and manage budgets, control costs (food, beverage, labor), and optimize profitability.
• Uphold Marriott’s high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and managing high-volume operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
