Position: Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot, cold, garde manger).
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with standard recipes.
• Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in the section.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel or quality restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of the assigned section.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
