Position: Steward

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machines and wash pots, pans, and cutlery.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
• Manage waste disposal and maintain back-of-house organization.
• Support the kitchen and F&B service teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous stewarding experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and physically fit for manual tasks.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player.
