Position: Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, meetings, and events.
• Identify and secure new business from corporate, government, and travel agent segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and represent the hotel at trade shows.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel sales role (e.g., Sales Executive, Sales Manager).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Balikpapan market and existing client database.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
