Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Require of experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role within the hotel industry.
  • Ability to lead, motivation, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to handle and solve unexpected issues, complaints and emergencies to operational.
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional guest experience, includes handling complaints with empathy and professionalism, going extra miles to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Fast-paced and requires to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as overseeing front desk operations, handling guest requests.
  • Experience in a similar position is preffered.
  • Could be join immediately.
