Position: Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, particularly VIPs, upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints, providing prompt service recovery.
- Manage guest profiles and preferences to ensure personalized service during current and future stays.
- Assist the Front Office team with check-in/check-out procedures during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position (GRO or Guest Service), preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Polished appearance and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
