Position: Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, particularly VIPs, upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints, providing prompt service recovery.
  • Manage guest profiles and preferences to ensure personalized service during current and future stays.
  • Assist the Front Office team with check-in/check-out procedures during peak periods.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same position (GRO or Guest Service), preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Polished appearance and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
