Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and train the entire kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence and food presentation.
- Develop innovative menus for all hotel outlets, including banquets and special events, focusing on quality, creativity, and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Food Safety, HACCP, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to align culinary offerings with hotel goals and enhance the overall guest dining experience in Jakarta Selatan.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same position (Executive Chef).
- Proven ability to manage cost control, develop menus, and conduct effective staff training.
- Certification in Food Safety, HACCP, or related areas will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, kitchen financial management, and procurement.
