Position: Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and elevate the entire guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Manage guest relations, handling VIP arrivals, special requests, and service recovery.
  • Analyze guest feedback (GSS) and implement action plans to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor front-line staff on brand standards, upselling, and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office leadership role in a luxury resort.
  • Passion for guest service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Opera PMS and guest feedback management platforms.
  • Ability to create memorable experiences and anticipate guest needs.
  • Previous pre-opening or Bintan/resort experience is an asset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
