Position: Sales Executive – Jakarta Sales Office (Job ID 25157346)
Responsibilities:
- Represent Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort in the Jakarta market, actively sourcing new corporate and MICE accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients based in Jakarta, ensuring repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client entertainment to promote the resort.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in Jakarta.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a proactive hotel sales role, based in Jakarta.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably for a 5-star resort.
- Strong existing network of corporate and MICE contacts within the Jakarta market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems (e.g., Opera Sales & Catering).
- Must be based in Jakarta.
