Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and manage reservations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
  • Provide information about resort services and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
  • Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
  • Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
  • Experience with hotel PMS is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English.
