Position: Account Payable
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices from suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and execute payments, including checks and bank transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (Accounts Payable) at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
- Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
