Position: Director of Convention & Banquet Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on Convention, Banquet, and MICE segments to maximize revenue.
- Lead the C&B Sales team, setting targets, and managing key accounts within the regional market.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct site inspections for large events.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong focus on C&B/MICE in a 5-star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving banquet sales targets in the West Java market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic business planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Relevant D3/S1 degree in Hospitality or Business.
