Position: Director of Convention & Banquet Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on Convention, Banquet, and MICE segments to maximize revenue.
  • Lead the C&B Sales team, setting targets, and managing key accounts within the regional market.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct site inspections for large events.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong focus on C&B/MICE in a 5-star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving banquet sales targets in the West Java market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic business planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Relevant D3/S1 degree in Hospitality or Business.
