Position: IT Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hotel technology infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Internet).
- Oversee data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and implement necessary system upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or Technician in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware maintenance, and hotel systems (PMS/POS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant D3/S1 degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Fluent in English.
