Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operations of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Concierge.
- Ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction from arrival to departure.
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the front office team.
- Optimize room revenue through effective upselling and inventory management.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets and control labor costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, training, and guest relations skills.
- Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage a team and perform under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
