Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operations of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Concierge.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction from arrival to departure.
  • Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the front office team.
  • Optimize room revenue through effective upselling and inventory management.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets and control labor costs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, training, and guest relations skills.
  • Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and perform under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
