Position: Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous guest service, managing check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring cultural sensitivity and high satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and simple complaints efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English.
