Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for guest service and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
