Position: Head of Procurement (Head Quarter)

Note: This is a corporate role for SYAHESTABLISHMENTS Head Quarter, based at The Gunawarman.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with significant experience in the hospitality or F&B group.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an extensive network of suppliers for F&B, OS&E, and general supplies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement purchasing strategies that optimize cost and quality across multiple properties.
  • Experience in budget management, cost analysis, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
