Position: SPORT & RECREATION ATTENDANT (casual worker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests at all sport and recreation facilities, including pools and the fitness center.
- Organize and lead daily guest activities and recreational programs for adults and children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests participating in activities or using facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all recreation equipment and areas.
- Handle activity bookings, equipment rentals, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Promote the resort’s recreational offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recreation or guest activities role, preferably at a 5-star resort.
- Strong swimming skills and a valid First Aid/CPR certification are highly desirable.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality with excellent guest service skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A team player who is passionate about fitness, sports, and hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
