Position: Chief Engineer (25151309)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, KONE lifts).
- Experience in managing budgets, preventative maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- In-depth understanding of local safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to manage a large team and liaise with contractors.
