Position: Commis I
Responsibilities:
- Execute complex preparation tasks and cooking methods assigned by senior chefs.
- Manage inventory and production schedule for a specific sub-section.
- Ensure adherence to all Mövenpick’s standard recipe cards.
- Provide mentorship to Commis II and kitchen trainees.
- Maintain the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and operational organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Commis I or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle specialized cooking techniques and sections.
- Culinary school background and passion for food production.
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to train junior staff.
- Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Seeking career growth in a luxury resort kitchen in Banten.
