Position: Commis de Cuisine Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen
- Follow recipes and standards set by the Pastry Chef
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Support the team during busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certificate in Pastry/Bakery
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Passion for pastry arts and eagerness to learn
- Good team player with a positive attitude
