Position: Chef de Partie In Room Dining/Club Lounge/Azure
Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation and service for In Room Dining, Club Lounge, and Azure
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of dishes
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and workflow in the assigned section
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Versatile culinary skills suitable for diverse outlets (IRD, Lounge, Poolside)
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
