Position: Assistant All Day Dining Cinnamon Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of Cinnamon restaurant
- Drive revenue and manage costs effectively
- Ensure staff compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations
- Develop strategies to enhance guest dining experience
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel
- Strong financial acumen and operational knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Dynamic, energetic, and guest-focused
