Position: MEP Staff
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues reported by other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance work
- Monitor energy consumption and assist in sustainability initiatives
Qualifications:
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or property industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency situations
- Good teamwork and communication abilities
