Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to maximize performance
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Oversee brand positioning and marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role in luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
