Position: Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational excellence
- Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial performance
- Address guest concerns and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role in luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in financial management and revenue growth
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Marriott systems is highly advantageous
