Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
- Manage IT vendors and procurement of equipment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of network administration and security protocols
- Experience with hotel management systems (PMS, POS)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
