Position: Executive Secretary to General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office and multitask as assigned by Management
  • Manage business information with complete confidentiality and discretion
  • Organize and maintain the General Manager’s schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports minutes of meetings and correspondence in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Utilize hotel software such as Opera Cloud SunFish and MICROS for administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand
  • Remote area work experience is preferred
  • Professional composed and resilient with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as computer programs
  • Well organized discreet trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Work experience with hotel software (Opera Cloud SunFish MICROS etc) is preferred
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
