Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning
- Oversee key operational departments to ensure efficiency
- Act as General Manager in their absence
- Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Manage operational budgets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and decision making capabilities
- Excellent operational knowledge and financial acumen
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
