Position: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate hotel service standards and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and inspections
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans
- Train staff on quality assurance and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance or operations management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with high standards
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficient in English
