Position: Sport & Recreation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sport and recreation department to ensure smooth execution of activities
- Design, implement, and manage engaging guest activity programs such as archery, yoga, and cycling
- Lead, train, and motivate the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety standards and operational procedures
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the quality of recreation offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recreation or sports operations, preferably within a resort or hotel environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven capability in designing and managing engaging guest activity programs
- Solid understanding of safety standards and operational procedures
- Energetic, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient in English, additional languages are an advantage
