Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
- Male
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Relevant certifications for the position are preferred
- Familiar with VHP System
- Well-groomed, adaptable, and in good health
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
