Position: Room Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Front Office and Housekeeping departments
- Ensure high standards of guest service and room cleanliness
- Manage departmental budgets and maximize room revenue
- Lead and mentor division heads and staff
- Handle guest complaints and operational challenges effectively
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior rooms division role
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in luxury hotels preferred
