Position: Korean Guest Experience (Speaker/Native)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Korean speaking guests with check in, check out, and inquiries
- Provide personalized service and translation assistance
- Ensure Korean guests feel welcomed and comfortable
- Translate hotel materials and menus into Korean
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean and English (Native or professional proficiency)
- Previous experience in guest relations or front office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented with a friendly personality
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
