Position: Mandarin Guest Experience (Speaker/Native)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking guests
- Assist with reservations, arrival, and departure procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions in Mandarin
- Translate guest feedback and communications
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Native or professional proficiency)
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and helpful attitude
