Position: Japanese Guest Experience (Speaker/Native)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome Japanese guests and assist with their stay requirements
- Interpret and translate for Japanese guests and staff
- Maintain Japanese guest profiles and preferences
- Ensure cultural etiquette is observed in interactions
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues for Japanese clientele
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English (Native or professional proficiency)
- Background in guest services or hospitality
- Polite, professional, and attentive to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
