Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market demand and competitor pricing strategies
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize yield
- Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels
- Prepare revenue forecasts and reports for management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in RMS software
- Strategic thinker with a focus on profitability
- Excellent communication skills in English
