Position: Sales Manager (Boat)
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell boat charters and marine activities to guests and agents
- Develop sales strategies to maximize boat revenue
- Build relationships with tour operators and travel agencies
- Coordinate boat schedules and bookings with the marine team
- Ensure high guest satisfaction on all boat trips
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably in marine or tourism industry
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of boats and marine operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Sales driven and result oriented
