Position: Chef de Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of a specific restaurant kitchen
- Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation
- Assist in menu development and recipe creation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Monitor food waste and maintain cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cuisines
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in English
