Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a lifestyle resort or high-end restaurant
- Strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen team
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost control
- Fluent in English
- Ability to train and mentor junior chefs
- Passionate about delivering high-quality culinary experiences
