Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a lifestyle resort or high-end restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen team
  • Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost control
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to train and mentor junior chefs
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality culinary experiences
