We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Position: Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Specialized skills in authentic Indian cuisine (curries, tandoor)
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in an Indian kitchen
- Knowledge of spices and traditional cooking methods
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Passion for delivering authentic flavors
