Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in kitchen management
- Oversee food production and ensure quality control
- Train junior chefs and manage kitchen workflow
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order supplies
Qualifications:
- Culinary background with proven experience
- Strong cooking skills and leadership potential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Team player and disciplined
