Position: Director of Sales (JSO)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Jakarta market
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3 – 5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- Indonesian citizens only
- Able to join immediately
