Position: Senior Sales Manager (JSO/Bajo Office)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities in assigned markets (Jakarta/Labuan Bajo)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage accounts effectively
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports accurately
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3 – 5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication skill
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- Indonesian citizens only
- Able to join immediately
