Position: Sous Chef – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for the All Day Dining venue and ensure consistent food quality
  • Manage menu planning and inventory control while adhering to food safety standards
  • Train and mentor junior culinary staff to maintain high service levels
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative culinary concepts
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
  • In depth knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Detail oriented with a passion for delivering culinary excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
