Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform check in and check out tasks for hotel guests
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle requests promptly
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to work rotating shifts
- Well groomed and professional presentation
